Need input on how to keep growing.

So the muscles for the most part will adapt to a routine in 6 weeks time. How do you guys keep growing? What kind of variance do you use? It has to be more than just changing exercises. Set variance and rep variance must have a big role in things. I've changed exercises in the past, but it wasn't a secret weapon type deal. I have been examing routines for power and reading up on the adaptions of the body. Right now I'm thinking of using a power routine for 6 weeks followed by hypertrophy routines for 6 weeks - going back and forth, while using varying power routines each time as well as trying to change up hypertrophy routines. I could use some more sound advice on how to keep the body growing. While juice will help, I need to keep improving while off as well. Of course, you make improvement, level off for a while and then improve again. Food is not being overlooked either. Thanks.

Honestly, any kind of change in your routine could cause new growth if you've stopped growing, but I will say this, sometimes your body will not grow at a steady rate, I have found that some muscles grow for a while and then suddenly stop for a while, then when I least expect it, they start growing again. I wish there was a clear cut answer to your question but there isn't. If your honestly giving it your all in the gym, resting, and eating, then the gains will come, just not always proportionately.

My arms were stuck at 16 1/2" for so long that I was about to quit working all together, I tried changing routines, sets, reps, speed of reps, just about everything and nothing would make them grow, then one day out of the blue they just started growing like wildfire for almost a year they just grew. Now they are at 19" and they seem to have stopped again for a while, but I know if I just keep at it, they will start growing again. Its the same for all your muscles.

Well sounds like you have it pretty figured out... I found that every week switching things back and forth seems to work...

One week I do my regular split, and the week after I do all power stuff... week after that do the split... the power... etc.. etc... seems to work... next to that,. and switching up your reps cadence schemes etc... you should be good...
