I knbow i posted the cyle a while ago but i have made some adjustments. I hope to start this early sept.
FINA=1-6 WEEKS @ 100MG EOD
ENANTAHTE= 1-10 WEEKS @ 800MG
DBOL= 1-6 WEEKS @ 40MG
EQ=1-11 WEEKS @ 500MG
Here's my diet.
breakfast:
2 pints of skimmed milk
3 whole eggs
oatmeal100g
2 whole weat toast
1 small bannana
mid-morning:
1/2 pro MR
1/2 pro Peptide
apple
Lanch:
2tins of tuna
Large spud
pre-workout :
1/2 pro MR
1/2 pro Peptide
orange
post workout:
1/2 pro MR
1/2 pro Peptide
bannana
dinner:
Large chicken or turkey around 200g
spud or sweet potato or pasta or rice
veg.
supper:
pint skimmed milk
cottage cheese and toast.
Wanna know what everyone thinks any improvements to be made. I was also thimking of adding ANDRIOL just for the hell of it, shall i and how much should i use.
