Need ideas!!

I'm a 5'4 150lb kickboxer, I train daily ( 1 body part a day) and I am looking for programe ideas. I'm trying to add some size without having alott of time. I try to stay in the relm of mid range to endurance , keeping in mind I'm a fighter. Can anyone give me training programes and ideas????
 
If you came to get strong, you came to the right place. If you wanna get strong, lift heavy, about the three rep range or so.

Upper body strength: bench press, chins

Lower body strength: squats

overall body strength: deadlifts
 
Try checking out www.dragondoor.com and look for The Russian Kettlebell Challenge videotape and the 16KG kettlebell.

The program was developed by a fighter, a former trainer of the Russian special forces (Spetznatz) and the Bolshoi Ballet.

I have found it perfect for all around fight-training.
