Need Ideas for Breakfast

I need an idea for my breakfast while cycling.

I am not a morning person so theres no way imma cook cause im up usually 30min before I leave to work, so I need something easy and quick, or something I can make the night before.

Any suggestions?
 
Yep! Boil some eggs. Eat about 3 whites and one whole. One cup of oatmeal and a whey protein shake. That's my breakfast every day.

U want it even faster and more protein and carbs , 2 cups of oatmeal.6 egg whites.2 cups of whey.throw it all in the. Blender an wolf it down .. 130g of protein . 1700 calories
 
You try putting eggs in a glass or ceramic bowl and microwave them and then some oatmeal. Breakfast in a few minutes. Quick and easy. Then throw in a shake if you want.

Whole eggs are good to bro, I just do egg whites cause I buy the liquid egg whites to throw in shakes man , also u like peanut butter , throw in a couple table spoons of that bro
 
My breakfast,
1 cup oats with 2 tbls natty peanut butter and 1 banana all mashed together, 5 WHOLE EGGS scrambled. I dont believe in separating protein from fat, there is no place in nature you find protein without fat.
