Need Help

I want to know if 25MG of winstrol per day is enough to take for a male for the first cycle. On one website it said between 15-25 mg a day is good and others have said 50MG per day.
I also need info if I should increase doses when starting.?
I have 60 pills all together and need help on how many and how long to take them for.

i think a winny only cycle would absolutely kill me. i have terrible joints. i wish i was like some of these guys who can handle that.
