i work at duke police doing security i have just been put on bike patrol and i have to ride 4 days a week usally mon - thursday... i have to ride the bike about 2 hours a night....
buy anyways my problem is that i have losed alot on my lifts mainly my squat and im not sure if it cause of the weight lose that i have had over the past couple weeks or beacuse of the the bike riding...
i started to eat more ofcourse and my weight seems to be staying the same everyday...
but i just need to know if bike riding will hurt my sqaut... or if i keep my weight around the same each day if that will help
