Need Help

Hello guys,

I am trying to get in shape before July. My goal is to weight 195, and be between 10-13% body fat. My stats are the following:

Age: 36
Weight:250
Body fat: 33%

I plan is to do cardo 2 hrs/5 days a week, and lift 1.5hr/4 times a week.

I read alot about tren and thinking about using it with winn and primo. No specific schedule...this is were I need Help. Are there any sugestions in what gear to use, and what schedule to apply.

Check out the diet section on the board. Speaking of which, one of the main things you are going to need to focus on is diet. I would stay away from gear right now. I would work out a clean diet, get a realistic workout routine that you WILL stick to, and mix in some LIPOFLAME. If you do this, you will cut a lot of weight before July.

Post it up meal by meals (i.e. meal 1 =...., meal 2 =...., etc. etc. with all appropriate serving sizes.

My goal is to eat lean, no more than 2200 cal a day....raw fruit before and after workouts, green veggies, brown rice, and yams in the morning never in the afternoon, tuna, turkey, fish, and chicken. I did this before, and lost an avg. of 1lb a week...without any gear or suppliments.

as 8and20 has said please post up your diet meal by meal eg. meal 1... meal 2... meal 3... etc etc
