Hello guys,
I am trying to get in shape before July. My goal is to weight 195, and be between 10-13% body fat. My stats are the following:
Age: 36
Weight:250
Body fat: 33%
I plan is to do cardo 2 hrs/5 days a week, and lift 1.5hr/4 times a week.
I read alot about tren and thinking about using it with winn and primo. No specific schedule...this is were I need Help. Are there any sugestions in what gear to use, and what schedule to apply.
