I dont know whut ur asking exactly but when your bulking you should be eating alot.. Working out hard,, and Getting alot of sleep.. When im bulking i do not do cardio i only lift.. hope that helps.. but if you need any help let me know. id be more than happy to help.
Yup! I still do cardio I try at least 20 minutes up to 30 but was gaining slowly so I cut it out a little. But I like cardio so I ended up purchasing weight gainer shakes and am going to keep doing cardio.
