Hi im new around here i been reading up on some posts and stuff and what i want to do is get cut....im 5'5 and about 145 lbs my bf is around 14% (is that good?) according to accurmeasure digital bf meter, anyways i started to go to the gym since last year but stop over the summer, and i want to start up again

Im planning to eat like 5 times a day something like this:
"All The Whey" Protein Isolate shake around 9 am
MRP at 11am
a tuna or turkey sandwich/wrap at 1pm
MRP at 3pm
tuna or turkey sandwich/wrap at 5pm
rice and w/e at 7-8pm

also im working out 2-3 times a week....do you think it possible for me to hit around 10% bf in 3-4 months(i know it probably unrealistic)? 10% is where the abs start to show right?
 
Well don't mean to flame ya but you have a lot more reading to do
I went form 16.4 % to 12.2% in four weeks so it's possible but it was alot of hard work six carfully planned meals each day, NO CHEATAING, cardio 4 day's \wk 45 min
lift 5 day's \wk aprox diet 40% pro 40% carb 20% good fats based on 2300cals\day
I'm 5-6 was 194.8 16.4% now 185.3 12.2% (yes for you mathgurus kept all my muscle....had a little help in this dept)

You should replace the MRP with some real food. Losing body fat is mostly diet with a little cardio (in my experience). Get your diet tight, add in some cardio after your weights, and you should be able to drop that fairly fast.

I've read that it's possible, with clean diet and cardio, to drop about 2 lbs of fat a week. I've averaged a bit less than that.. dropping about 2% a month. Just depends on how hard you are willing to work and how dedicated you are.
 
Def possible w/o cardio. I went from 240 -> 160 LEAN with MINIMUM cardio. im talking bout i only did cardio 3 weeks about, out of the entier 6 month cutter.

I was at 10% BF at the end of the cutter. now im up at 12 probabbly. Gonna start my bulker soon. Just cant find time to hit the gym.

But serioulsy plan out your meals. 6X day. All real Food.

Have your Carb sources ealry and make them good carb sources(brown rice, sweet potatoe, etc.)

Everymonring i eat 1 cup bron rice, egg whites, wich equals 25g of protein alone, and a Protein Shake in the monring for breakfast. Since starting doing this i can really feel the difference and importance of eating right.

Eat TUNA/Chikcen/LEAN MEATs/Etc

Make sure to get your EssentiaL Fatty Acids in, all natural Peanutbutter, fish, shrimp, almonds,nuts, etc

Veggies are important, so eat them with dinner, broccolli is the best green veggie.

Make sure you take your vitamins daily and READ READ READ more about nutrition.

If you want excelerated weight loss maybe you should try an ECA Stack? my .02

I'm so jealous. I wish I could get those results w/o cardio, because it sucks ass.
