need help

You should prolly be worrying about your diet and training before a cycle. How much are you eating a day? And what do your workouts look like?
 
i eat like a horse. workouts good. i have alredy took a cyc of sus and got som gains but i wont more thinking about sus and deca what do u think.I am also taking lig d-bol it seems to help a little taking two prot shakes a day
 
I doubt you're eating like a horse, otherwise you'd be more than 160lbs.

What's a typical days worth of food look like?

listen to the man with the unusual booty fetish. before you cycle you should try to put on some weight naturally. 3500 calories a day with at least 200 grams of protein and you should see some real gains.
 
Because if you don't know how to train and eat OFF the gear you're not going to be able to do it when you're ON.

There's not some magic pill you can take and just get super huge. it takes a lot of work. If you don't know what needs to be done, it will be a huge waste of time for you.
