Need help...

Alright, ive taken the last week off due to stress/school/sick. I want to start up on mon with a new program. I need something to get excited about. Anyone have any reccomendations? Karma for some good ideas. Main goal is to just get stronger without really bulking.....I dont care, i just want to be into my WO's again
 
Keep in mind my knowledge is nothing compared to a lot of the people here, but I was thinking about doing http://www.t-mag.com/nation_articles/284big2.html after 5x5 except replacing some of the excercises (ie db deadlifts with normal deadlifts, etc).

And as if you didn't know, there's plenty of workouts in the sticky. Corn's Old School or Poliquin's 1-6 Strength/Size Combo also seem to be interesting to me.

This is my problem...i need to get excited about something...ive stagnated mentally.

Yeah thats what i meant...I know size can be a byproduct of strength (although not always) so im not that worried about it...I just want to be into it again...you know that feeling when you first discovered weight lifting?? I miss that...that was like 7 years ago for me
