need help

i need some help, I am 6ft tall and weigh 165. I do have some mucsle, I am trying to lean out. I look pretty good except my love handles and stomach and lower back. I am not trying to bulk up at all just lose this fat and look better without a shirt. I have been lifting for the last two months. My love handles have some stretch marks on them from when i got up to 197 two years ago. Any suggestions on what to do in this problem area to lean out. I realize many people here are looking to add alot of muscle and lean out and i respect how hard that is , i am just trying to lean out. thanks

Try a BodyOpus styled CKD diet...goto the top of the DIET forum and you'll see a STICKY w/ my articles, read the CKD manual and if your'e interested you can try that. It's a No carb/carb up cycling type diet.

will i be able to maintain the muscle i have on this diet. also are their any specific excercises to do to shrink or tighten my love handles and back fat. and thankyou for your insight

You should be able to maintain muscle pretty easily, if done properly because Ketones are protein sparing.

There is NO excersise to TIGHTEN up your love handles, I would recommend: CARDIO/Yohimburn

CKD gives a great degree of anabolism during refeed as compared to the TKD w/o the refeed.

i am setting up my ckd and have a few more ?s
1.can i have coffee and ecas while on ckd ?

2.are there any meal replacements, bars, protein powders i can have for convenience.

3. what type of cardio should i do, high intensity or low for long duration.

4.what is the quickest way to achieve ketosis.
