i need some help, I am 6ft tall and weigh 165. I do have some mucsle, I am trying to lean out. I look pretty good except my love handles and stomach and lower back. I am not trying to bulk up at all just lose this fat and look better without a shirt. I have been lifting for the last two months. My love handles have some stretch marks on them from when i got up to 197 two years ago. Any suggestions on what to do in this problem area to lean out. I realize many people here are looking to add alot of muscle and lean out and i respect how hard that is , i am just trying to lean out. thanks
