Alright, i need diet help or somehow to lose BF...
I use to be around 11% BF and now im at about 13%... i was bulking up and gaining mass for the past two monthes and now i wanna get cut and ripped...
I need help on what not to eat and what i should eat... any supplements?
I wanna get down to enough so my abs start showing.
BTW... i'm only 16 so don't be telling me anything about anabolic stuff.. :rolleyes:
I wanna get down to as much as i can by the end of march (spring break) and then ill continue on till the summer.

Instead of us making out a diet for you, how about you post your current diet and we can make modifications as needed.
 
well my stats are 5'8" and 158

My current diet is basically avoiding all fast foods, fats, sugars...
Its nothing that strict... thats my problem.
But i do drink tons of water! :)
 
heres some basic info wizkid, for cutting take your bw times 15 and subtract 500 calories to figure out how many you should eat each day. with this number you can figure out how much protein, carbs, and fats you are going to eat each day depending on which macronutrient breakdown you use, i reccoment 50/30/20 protein/carbs/fats. for protein focus on chicken, tuna, fish, cottage cheese, shakes, avoid red meat at this time b/c of the saturated fats. for carbs focus on low gi carbs such as brown rice and oatmeal, and high gi postworkout only such as dextrose. for fats try to get thme from flax seed oil or fish,etc. try to eat six meals a day every three hours, except one of the meals an hour after your postworkout. for supps you can try e/c/a stack, or e/c as i reccoment, xenadrine, hydroxycut, ripped fuel....
