Need help with waistline!!!

I would like to find out some trick to decrese my waistline...it's 33-34 right now...I would like to have a 30:p !
So other then cardio and proper diet what else could help?????
 
Take some whiteout and cover the "34" tag on your pants. Then take a magic marker and write down "30" and viola!

I find the ECA stack helps me to drop the most bodyfat when used with a good diet and cardio
 
basically get on all fours
Breathe out all your air, and suck your stomach in as hard as you can
do this for 3 sets of 3 reps of 10-15 seconds
A few guys on here tried them, and said they took about 3 inches off their waist... relaxed.

I guess it devlops the muscle that pulls your stomach in, and as a result of it being more devloped then before it constantly has a bit more tension on your stomach then usual.

If there is a "trick" I'd like to know it too :)

But diet/exercise is really the solution. I've been doing vacuums for the last couple of days, just for grins.

nope, they will only make your waist look smaller when you are holding it in, stick with just dropping bodyfat

Before jumping to Clenbuterol, try using the ECA stack first and if it doesn't do the trick, then try something else.
I really like the results from Clen but the side effects are nasty!
The side effects are almost not worth taking it to me!
 
I already tried the ECA but it really didn't turn out the way I would like to.I also eat a clean diet and do the cardio........
 
The ECA stack combines Ephedrine, Caffeine and Aspirin to create a, I guess you could call it a Thermogenic Cocktail. Ephedrine is a beta-adrenergic agonist. It's been regarded as a potent thermogenic but it's more effective when combined with caffeine. Caffeine increases blood adrenaline levels, therefore increasing the breakdown of fat. Throwing an aspirin in the mix seems to pick up the potency even more. I myself, find the aspirin irritates my stomach, so I omit it. If aspirin irritates your stomach, you can substitute the herbal form, white willow bark, or you can leave it out altogether. The ephedrine and caffeine stack is a potent stack on it's own. The ECA stack not only acts as a great fat burner but it's also a great appetite suppressor or just a good kick in the ass before a workout! The typical ECA stack looks like this: 25mg ephedrine, 200mg Caffeine and 300mg aspirin. You typically should take it 2-3 times a day. I myself, wouldn't suggest taking it for more than three weeks at a time, as your body gets "use" to this stack quite fast. When I use it, I usually do one day on and one day off and I use Yohimbine on the days in between my ECA stack. Some people take the Yohimbine with the ECA stack but I myself, find it far too strong.
The ECA stack is definitely not for everyone though. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes etc. should refrain from using the ECA stack.

Fyre pretty much hit the nail on the head....
I hit up the eca stack a little different than most people though as I find my body gets used to it pretty quick. So I tend to follow a pattern of 2 days on, 1 off, sort of a pattern. On the "on" days, I take it 3-4 times daily and do cardio in the morning and weights later in the day, along with a fairly strict low calorie diet. On the "off" days I up my calories a bit so that my metabolism cant get used to a set level of calories. This approach gets me down to around 7% bodyfat every year, but would need to be tweaked to get any lower(thats where fyre really knows he shit).
Also, if asprin hurts your stomach, buy the enteric coated stuff, it doesnt get digsted till it passes your stomach so is easier on your stomach lining
