I just came off a t200 d-bol cycle in the fall and gained good amount of muscle. But took a small break over the holidays and I am just looking to cut up for spring and summer.
Right now I am about 12-14% bf, and I think that my diet is pretty well in check.
I am also doing 3 long days of cardio a week, and short cardio on the days I lift.
I have done previous cycles with test, deca, and d-bol. But I am a little unsure of a Fina cycle because it seems a little complicated.
