need help with potassium types...:)

What is the difference between Potassium Gluconate, Potassium Chloride and Potassium Citrate in terms of consumption and effects? are they all tge same just in different compounds? do I need to take them all? or I just can pick one of those and take the daily dose? is their concentration the same? or they vary? for example:

1000mg k gluconate = 1000mg k citrate = 1000mg k chloride??
