NEED HELP WITH NEXT CYCLE I am currently 217 pds and standing at 6'6". It doesn't matter really how much i gain in one cycle i would like to eventually be up to between 285-300 pds. Any help would be appreciated.
A person spends their whole life wondering if they made a difference in the world. Marines don't have that problem.
