Hello all.I am new to actually counting cals,protein,and fats.I am 6'2,310lbs,26%bf,and need help.I lift competitively in powerlifting,and want to lose some weight and fat.I think that 270lbs would be nice,and I plan on using Hydroxycut.I have 2 bottles,and want to use them up.I have used Xena,with no luck.Hydroxycut worked great before.I would love any suggestions how I should lose the weight and be able to cut up,and start a good stack to increase my strength,and look.I want a nice solid look.I know AS is the only wat to guarantee this look,but was hoping that someone knew of anything else.Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanxs Bro's
