Need Help with my balls!!!

i did an oxodrol 12 cycle around september and i got some good gains, but my nuts shrunk big time..I did a good pct with nolva and clomid and tribulus etc.. but still nothing. My left nut has got pretty much back to the normal size and my right nut is still half the size so what the hell should i do im considering HCG, but i dont have a reliable source. So please could someone please help me!? thanks
