need help with injection site swelling

i've been taking sust 250 at 1 ml every 3 days for 5 weeks but the last two injections have been extremely sore and red it swells and gets hard the hardness runs all the way up the hole from the syringe swelling gets its worst about two days after injection the disapates in about two more days should i continue with injections or cut off my cycle
