Need help with Human Growth Hormone Hgh

Hello everyone,

I really need your help on Hgh. I'm taking 8iu every other day, and my diet is low fat diet
I have been taking 2 shoots till now. I didn't see a lot of fat loss. Is there is something wrong ? or when should I expect to see fat loss results ?

I know you guys have the knowledge more than I do, so help me please

No offense but your question is ridiculous...this is why nobody will answer you. And why would you take 8 iu EOD? GH works like the turtle and aas like the hare. You need to have it constant in your body. And if you did a search on this site for info about GH you would learn that it is slow process to make noticable gains from GH. And if you make the decision to do something be man enough to stick it out...dont start asking for help when you dont get the results you want in a few weeks. If you had asked or read some similar threads you would have answered your own questions.

There is no silver bullet, and many are disappointed by the results that HGH produce. Want my advice, dont even worry about using it. Instead attack your diet and add in some more cardio and youre good to go. HGH is a long term commitment, and most dont see results until many months of use. Are you getting any side effects? At 8IU EOD you should be getting some numbness in the hands, that is if you didnt taper up dosage. There is a lot of counterfit HGH out there to consider. those that I know personally did not get much at all out of HGH use. Save your money and spend it on food and perhaps AAS if youre looking to improve your physique.
 
hgh is nto a miracle drug...you will blaot the first month then you wil lose some weight...waste of money really/....ive done it about 2 years now 5iu ed broke into 3 cycles and really didnt do shit..its ok but not worth money anymore
 
EOD is actually fine... but... dollar for dollar, you'll see more results from gear, or any decent OTC fat burner really.

I've used HGH before and tbh, I didn't really notice a thing. I wasn't going at it hardcore while I was using it, but still... I could pop 10mg of anavar a day and notice more.
 
8ius ed 5 on 2 off if its legit hgh i see results in 2 monthes get your igf levels tested to see if the gh is real

You should complain to the person that sold you the GH or recomended it.
So you have taken two shots total? How long have you been taking GH?
What is your diet?
What is your age?
What is your BF?
 
8ius ed 5 on 2 off if its legit hgh i see results in 2 monthes get your igf levels tested to see if the gh is real

8IU's per day is not a normal level. Come on poboy!

I'm 25 years old, and my body fat is 10%

is it not good to take 8iu per day every other day ??

Damn! The reason people don't lean out is because their diets are a mess. FAT DOESN'T MAKE FAT. You need fat in your diet or body wont make testosterone...low cholesterol serum levels lead to depression...what packs weight on is carbs. Carbs...processed sugar...packaged foods chuck full of MSG all cause insulin levels to spike and this is where fat comes from. Type 1 diabetics are thin...their bodies dont make insulin. Type 2 diabetics are insulin resistant...they are fat. Tell me how many carbs you are eating. It better be less than 100. And ditch the gluten....wheat, barley and rye....gluten allergies can cause big troubles.
Here is a little hint on GH...take it early in the morning llike 5 am and go back to sleep. GH levels are highest during RM sleep...and slow down over the night time...take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If you eat around the time you take GH blood sugar will rise...insulin will be secreted and cells will get full and the good stuff wont be able to enter the cell.
I have taken GH pretty much non stop for the last 10 years and i have tried it every way you can imagine...I have cycled it...tried it every other day...4 to 18 ius a day...unless you understand you body's chemistry it will appear this stuff doesnt work. Many dont get results for these reasons. It is like aas...some people squat and eat enough protein and make gains....others are wimps and afraid they might get big legs so they just train chest and bis and dont eat enough then complain the stuff doesnt work.
I hear people talk about overtraining...their is no overtraining...just under recovery...aas...gh...food all aid in recovery. Understand the drugs dont make you big and strong they just give your body the ability to recover faster so you can crush your workouts. Your body responds to stress so go find the most stressful movments and destroy yourself...i read on here about all the drugs and cycles and I want to know the workouts. And if your bibles is Rippitoe's Starting Strength then you are too young in the game to messing with drugs.

I'm going less than 100 grams of carbohydrates per day, and you're right, I know that Steroids doesn't make you bigger. For example, Deca durabolin is one of the drugs that icrease protein metabolism in the muscle, thus increasing muscle mass. I'm a graduate student in Exercise Physiology. I know all about the steroids, yet I didn't study Hgh as there are not a lot of research conducte on athletes taking Human growth hurmone.

What I just need now is the experience that you have, and the golden information you just provided me with.

The problem many have is there is no definitive data on these drugs. A lot of speculation and theory. I have read about 100 different ways to do a PCT and they all claim to the be the best. If you are ex phys grad student then you should have some bio chem background and understand how to cycle drugs, hormones and diet as it related to your endocrinology system. Check out the diet stuff related to paleo diet and hunter/gatherers. You can begin to understand how many carbs are really needed for survival and the role of fat into your diet. Good luck...i had the most fun doing research for my grad degrees.

Sure there are people who take more everywhere. I guess I should have used the word average or need. Your body doesn't need 8IU's to loose fat.
 
Hey guys I need some help with HGH i'm new to this site aswell so please give me a break i want to start HGH i bought the chinese version it's called KIEFIE it comes with 10 vials of water and 10 vails that say 10ui on the vial do i take all the water out the water vial into the power vial.
 
ALot of these questions that are being asked about hgh on this thread can VERY easily be found if a simple search was made... I dont know about everyone else, but before i go head and inject ANY substance in my body i do my homework, i search on what it will do to me, the sides, ANDDDDD how to correctly use it so i can use 100% of its ability... let me save you guys alot of trouble, send me all your gh and i will test for you :evil:
 
I think everybody that asks a juice question should have to upload a video of them training so people can see how much effort they put into it. I think crap ass training is the overwhelming reason people don't see results.

I am sorry to hear you purchased Kefie's. Really. It is still proported to be 192aa not 191aa, which by itself is why it should not be taken. It causes red patches at the injection site, and other bad things just do a google search for kefie.
Let me also say that these are just things I have read as I have not personally tried kefie.
 
Yes that and they buy crappy stuff. Becuase their source is junk! Source is everything!
