Need help with fat loss cycle

I've been lurking and reading up on the searches, but now i'd like a little advice.

I'm looking to lose a lot of fat. Not really concerned about putting on bulk since i'm already a big guy. but i've been lazy since last years football season and let myself get too fat (was already that way to begin with I guess). I have no pics available right now, but just picture a big lineman (Not quite Tony Siragussa yet, but was on my way). I'm 6'4, 290lbs and have a large frame. This will be my first cycle so I want to do it right. I've been lifting and doing heavy cardio, but feel i'll soon be ready to make the jump to AS once I drop some more weight naturally.

I've been thinking of a sustanon/primo cycle combined with a low cal diet. Is this a good idea or is there a more effective combo I should use. Keep in mind i'm not looking for mass, just focusing on dropping the BF% down. I don't mind needles, but i'm hesitant about using cytomel and DNP. I'm going to be doing some extreme dieting and keeping the calorie count between 1500-1900. I've been checking out Brock Strasser's "Fat Fast" diet on testosterone.net and want to give that a try as well.

I'm going to be shopping in TJ so I have a good selection to potentially work with. Can you help a brother out with some advice?

Start the Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot of Eq. Any Test would be good for this cycle(Sust/Omna, Cyp, Enanthate, Ara-Test, Cypro ect...) Use an E/C/A through out to help with the fat burning prossess, Adipokinetix by Syntrax is a great choice. As long as you have a clean diet and hit the cardio this cycle should maintain or even add some muscle while you melt the fat off. Good Luck!

Thanks for the feedback Mustang. I was thinking about using anavar originally, but thought primo would work better with the low calorie diet. Still I think I'll go with your suggestion. I'll probably start in about two months and will post result pics here. I just took the before pics today and will take bi-weekly photos and a journal for anyone interested.
 
Nice cycle mustang! One thing to beware of EQ on a cutting cycle...EQ has been known to stimulate appetite in many people. Not the best for a cutting cycle.

For me, anavar/oxand. kills my appetite. It is friggin pricey, though. Maybe with the combo anavar/eq, it would cancel out.

Anyways, I think you would be very happy with the cycle mustang just gave you, I know I would. :)
 
Yeah, I didn't think i'd put much muscle on, but my main focus is fat loss. Still I think i'll be eating more calories than 1500. I doubt i'll have the willpower to stick with a diet that strict. Like I said, my focus is on cutting.
 
You might want to look into adding fina into your stack. It really does amazing things in regards to body composition: aids in fat loss, hardens the physique, adds strength, etc. Also, no worries of ballooning up on fina, like with some other a.s.

Do some searches and read up on it, but I am a big fan of fina.
 
Hmmm...I looked into it a little, but most advice is too wait and not use the Fina on the first cycle. I'll do some serious searching on it tonight and tomorrow though.
 
Been trying to look at that thread, but the mods haven't approved my membership yet.

What dosages of Fina would you recommend with the above cycle.

Also any thought to what calorie level should be around. I've been thinking and 1500-1800 is pretty strict and should give good fat loss, but if i'm going to do a serious cycle then I want to get some muscle gain out of it as well. Don't want to use the roids and not have much to show for it afterwards.

I decided to quit being lazy and do some diet studying and found some interesting things. I think i've got all my questions answered.

You wiegh 290 lbs and you're eating 1500-1900 cal/day?? Besides losing a lot of muscle I would think that's going to drop your thyroid levels down the toilet.

Why not eat about 2500 cal/day (broken up into 7 meals) and look into something like 400mg/wk of Primo + T3?
