need help with EQ

in week 5-6 ofmy cycle I will be using eq for 450 mg a week ..

do you guys think I should do like :

100 mg a day

or can I do like :

150 mg on monday , 150 mg on wednesday and 100 mg on friday ???

this way I don't have to take a shot everyday ...


what can I do ?

Eq has a VERY long activity life,so you can inject it once a week or twice a week and it will not cause any dips in blood levels whatsoever...

I am at 210 lbs and 15 % bf .

my goal is to reach 210 lbs and 4-5 % bf .
