hello everyone.. im new to the forum and a bit less new to the site.. i recently purchased the "anabolic gameplan book" to get educated on hormones and all that to learn how to use them minizing risks, i read the book i have a better understanding of how they work, i have an idea on the half lifes and all that.. heres my issue.. i do get a bit confused on how to make my own cycles, which ones to combine to where some of these are the same as the otherone with a bit of a variable and how to make sure im not overdoing by receptors being full... i was wondering if anyone knows of a book that has safe cycles already made... for example;
cycle for gains (off season.. lets say); and would say wich hormones, how much, how often, etc. including.. recovery,, ... or....;
cycle for cutting (on season... lets say); and would specify again wich ones, how much how often... etc...
i mean .. a book on cycles already made that specifies the goal or objective....... if there is such a thing,, that would just be great.. . thank you in advance for ur responses.
