Need help with cycle?!?!?!

I'm 5'11 at 186lbs and around 20% b/f. I'm going to start a deca/winny cycle soon. I just want to get to around 200ish with some muscle and get real cut up. I had a few questions about my cycle. I wanted to know if i should stack anything with it to help with the fat loss? And i wanted to know what kinda of cardio would be best for fat loss? and what kind of over the counter shit i can purchase to help me with my liver and kidneys so i can take it while im on my cycle. thanks.
 
you can try using t3 clen and eca
as for cardio, use interval training, i find it works best for me, but thats me, also make sure you have a good diet, in which you get enough calories, but not too much.
 
Best cardio for fat loss is first thing in the morning, before breakfast.

You should post better stats to get more replys

you are missing age?first or second cycle etc? How long have you been lifting?
 
Throw an E/C/A stack in there as well to help aid with the fat loss. Use Milk Thistle and Primrose oil for the liver and cranberry extract and plenty of water for your kidneys. You could also throw some Test in there as well. Good Luck!
