I'm 5'11 at 186lbs and around 20% b/f. I'm going to start a deca/winny cycle soon. I just want to get to around 200ish with some muscle and get real cut up. I had a few questions about my cycle. I wanted to know if i should stack anything with it to help with the fat loss? And i wanted to know what kinda of cardio would be best for fat loss? and what kind of over the counter shit i can purchase to help me with my liver and kidneys so i can take it while im on my cycle. thanks.
