always need to eat a lot of protein , whether you are cutting or bulking. If you dont eat at least 1gr per # of bodyweight your body will start eating its own muscle for energy. If you are trying to cut, Pull out 500-100 cals. a day to start. mostly fat calories then some carbs. as you pull out fat your body will relay on burning the fat you alrerady have. then as you pull out carbs you body will look to fat for energy. Do at leasty 30-40mins of cardio 3-5x a week. after 2-3 weeks up the cardio by 5-10 mins a session and do thisevery 2-3 weeks as your body will get used to the same cardio routine after a while.
