Need help with converting my fina!!!!!

guys I just bought 4 cartriges of fina and 4 kits from pumpnpose.com The question I have is which directions should I follow to make it. There are numerous ways of making it and it's confusing the hell out of me. Here is what is in my kit.

1. vial with magic solution
2. vial with steril oil
3. empty steril vial
4. 0.45um GD/X sterile syringe filter
5. 10cc syringe
6. 5cc syringe
7. 2 18g needles
8. 1 filter

Also, unless SD has changed their kit in the past month, your shots are gonna HURT LIKE HELL!!!

Enjoy the redness, swelling, and intense pain it causes. I had to stop using their kit, it fucked with my lifts. Got an A kit... no problems.

Like I said... they may have changed it... but don't hold your breath.
