I am going to start taking ALA as part of a fat-loss/cardiovaslcular program. I would like to retain as much lean mass as possible while losing as much fat as possible, but most of my training will be geared around aerobic activity. I'm not going to stop lifting, but it will take a back burner to running.
So when and what doesages should I take? Is there an agreed upon standard like x milligrams of ALA per y grams of carbs you are taking in per meal?
