Ok guys...it has come to that time when a new routine is needed...and now is that time...
Stats:
STILL 167lbs
5'8
dont know bf
I was wondering if someone could help me out with a new routine for SIZE im not as concerned with weight at the moment but i need some size....
i would have to say the parts that are lagging are my lats, pecs and tris..
Anyone got any good routines that are helping them put on a lot of mass?/size? any help would be appreciated
