Need help with a basic cutting diet using reg food

I'm 235 prob about 10 to 15% BF. I need a cutting diet using reg food:
beef, chicken, whey, milk, oatmeal, flax, pasta, cheese, deli turkey/ham, etc.

I have really failed at my attempts, and it would be easier for me to get a list of meals to choose from using regular foods.
 
I'd suggest you lay out a dietary plan of attack for CRITIQUE.

That is unless you expect someone to do your work for you, I dunno........
