once again i agree. the first cycle doesn't have to contain numerous compounds and large doses. it just needs a kicker. once you run the first cycle, when you get to the second, you will really see how good your diet is because if it's not you will not grow. simple as that. if your like me where you got higher bf, then it will help you hold muscle while you burn off some fat but nothing more. also easy to put on fat while on the shit. just do the test e bro. nice smooth ride and great results man. sust and other blends like that do cause many people to break out more than usual. plus your levels will be all over the place. keep it simple. it doesn't sound believable at the point you are in the game right now, i know, but pay close attention here. the diet is it man. it is. now that i've figured some shit out im cutting fat at a decent rapid rate. i've dropped 6 pounds in about 12 days. it's not water either, its quality fat, and i'm not on. i'm gonna lose as much bf as possible before i cycle again. then when i hit it again, i'm gonna stuff myself and smoke as much pot as possible to eat as much as possible cause that's where the secret lies.
