Need Help w/ First Cycle

Hey all,

Im 22, have been lifting for 2 years now, but am seeing minimal results. I'm 6'3", 33" waist, about 175lbs now, and I eat plenty. I also am using creatine and protein shakes as a supplement to my normal diet.

Looking for advice for my first cycle.

I was thinking a Dianabol/Deca stack would be good for a first time, and I have the Deca already, but I am also open to other suggestions if you think Dbol/Deca is a bad idea.

I also am worried about gyno (not because I am prone to it naturally or anything, but the idea of having fat jiggly boobies makes me sick) so I am looking for help with what to take along with my cycle or afterwards to minimize the gyno-effect and to help not lose my gains either.

Any advice is appreciated.

only been lifting for 2 and thinking about it man? im 22 and i have been lifting for about 8.5 years and I have done enough research and training to decide to do a first cycle. It looks like you need to do some reading about AS.. do you even know the dosages of which your going to be taking? even tho deca/dbol might be a decent first cycle for a few, a lot of the guys will tell u test/ dbol or a just test cycle is enough. i'll tell u its hard to put on weight as a tall guy, im 6'2'' , but if u eat a lot , and train/ rest properly, you will start seeing some gains. give it time, I know you will prob do this cycle no matter what we say, but give it a few more years then do a cycle..

man, not to bash you are anything, but FOOD will help you a lot

I know you said that you eat, but you might want to check into your diet. i've wait atleast another year or two bro.

on the other hand, Deca/Dbol will put some bloat on you so make sure you have your PCT's. Nolva should be on hand to keep the water retention down and help prevent the gyno.
If this is your first cycle, Test should be your choice here, with a jumpstart of Dbol.
Something like this:

Week 1-10 500mg/week Test Eth.
Week 1-5 25-30mg/ED Dbol
Nolva and Adex on hand for PCT.
Maybe even HCG to help prevent your natural system from crashing. Start the HCG midcycle to help prevent shrinkage.
