Need help trying to register as Platinum Member?

Hey guys what’s up? I am trying to register as a Platinum Member, when I go to the sign out page it asks me for my current email attached with my profile and my password. I put the proper email and password in but then it says that Elite Fitness does not recognize this email and does not have my email on file. I double-checked my profile and the email and passwords are all there and I was putting in the right ones. Does this mean I need to create a whole new profile and start from scratch again. Do I get to keep my screen name or do I have to create another one. I thought up grading to Platinum Membership would be a snap can someone explain what I need to do. Thanks in advance for the help!!!

You have to register with the EF store first. It's separate from the EF boards. Once you do that, you should be able to sign up
