Need help. trying to get cut

I have been bulking up most of this year and now I think its time for me to start cutting, What kind of workout do you do when you are cutting? and does anyone know of a good diet I could follow to loose some fat?

Minus the diet part, somebody just asked the training one yesterday. The jist was that there is no difference unless you are ultra-ripped precontest or under a huge caloric restriction which makes recovery from higher volume more difficult (but this is akin to starvation not cutting): http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=392117

As for diet, eat below maintainence requirements, eat often to keep your metabolism high. I guess some people will stagger total cals day by day. SOme pay more attention to cards. I don't know too many people that require extensive diet management in this regard but it depends on how lean you want to get. The further under 10% you go the attention required increases exponentially unless you are just naturally an ultra lean guy (in which case bulking is more of an issue).

What about for cardio? how long should I do cardio per day and does it matter if you do cardio on the same days that you lift? I have been running lately but since I have asthma its going to take me awhile before I can start running 3 miles a day.

Personally I don't add cardio until I platuea on diet alone. When I do implement cardio I only do 2 sessions of HIIT on off days. Diet is critical - cardio is secondary - it's just a supplement to your training.
