Need Help To Increase My Protein Intake

I am what you would call a begginer weightlifter and i need some good advice on ways to really increase my protein intake during the day.
Currently i am 4 weeks into a bulking period which i hope to keep going for another 10 weeks.

I have been informed that the best foods for protein are eggs, milk, cheese (particulary cottage cheese), tuna, chicken and other meat products.
I need advice on ways to incorporate as much of these food types into my daily teenage diet throughout the holiday period.
Tuna and milk are generally a quick and easy snack to whip up.

Eggs are a little bit finicky as they should be cooked and this can be a bit annoying. I have been told that just drinking the eggs raw is alot easier and quicker but i tried to drink a few eggs raw and i almost threw up.

Cottage cheese isnt what u would call 'favourable'.

Chicken and meats are generally easier as u just slap a few breasts or steaks into the oven or frypan.

But i need some advice on incorporating more high protein foods into my diet. Possibly some ways to get raw eggs to be actually eatible and the same with cottage cheese. Recipes etc would be helpful and other tips on how to increase your protein intake in the day would be really helpful.

Sounds like you have a good base knowledge on what you need to eat. Everything you stated is a good source of protein, now all you have to do is incorporate it into your diet. First off, don't drink raw eggs, one it will give you the mad shits and two you can get salmonella. If you need an alternative for eggs, try hard boiled. Hard boil a dozen at a time and keep them in the fridge for a snack or for a combination i.e., tuna/egg salad, very good, and high in protein. Plus I find when you hard boil removing the yoke is a snap. I mainly eat chicken breast for my protein intake, with a few tuna/red meat meals. I found that you can make a lot of chicken and rice combinations with various marinades, veggies and spices and it doenst take alot of work or time. Plus you get a decent amount of good carbs and a good amount of protein. I also eat sirloin burgers, low in fat high in protein. Just try different combinations, the sky is the limit. Also if you can, try to get a Whey protein supplement to aid your protein needs. I know it can be pretty hard to get 1-1.5g of protein per lb of body weight with just food, especially if your cutting. Skim milk is also overseen as a good quick source of protein. I tend to drink a gallon every 1-2 days. Best of luck!

If you want to increse your protein intake, eat more meats instead of pastas and grains. Tuna is an excellent source or protein. Belive me, i would know.

looks like youve got it pretty much covered. maybe try some soy protien or egg protien powders. i think they still make them. if youre simply having trouble forcing it down and digesting it you could try ginger root, you wont feel as bloated and could eat more.
