Need help resizing a pic

want to post an avatar pic. Our computers don't have photoeditor enabled. would someone resize to 100x100 or give me a clue how to resize some other way?

I use Paint a lot to resize pictures. For future reference or if you haven't already gotten it sized, go to programs... accessories... paint. Open the picture file and under image go to sketch and skew to change size by percentage. Hope this helps.
