I've been hanging onto this stubborn fat (spare tire effect) love handles, lower back, below navel, and tit fat (I say tits because that's what they look like, not pecs) ever since I was a chubby prepubescent kid. Now I'm tall and look lean until I take my shirt off, then I look pretty lame.
Last year I bulked pretty successfully, gained about 15 pounds decent muscle, but when I started to cut I got really sick (ulcerative colitis) and since then have lost most of the muscle, lost all of the bulking fat gain, but the stubborn fat remains!
Now it's in remission, I want to start from scratch but this time I want to lose that stubborn fat once and for all *before* I bulk. My concern however, since some fat is gained during bulking is that the fat will just go right back where I don't want it most. I plan on doing a very slow and clean bulk to minimize fat increases.
The weird thing is, I can eat junk food constantly and barely gain a few pounds, or if I eat healthy constantly, I lean up a bit, but either way the stubborn fat doesn't change much. If I lose it once and for all, will those areas respond like normal fat or will all fat gains go straight to those areas first?
And yes I'm hoping Yohimburn will help (I have to admit I'm skeptical).
Thanks for your help.
