Need help re: reoccurence of "stubborn fat"?

I've been hanging onto this stubborn fat (spare tire effect) love handles, lower back, below navel, and tit fat (I say tits because that's what they look like, not pecs) ever since I was a chubby prepubescent kid. Now I'm tall and look lean until I take my shirt off, then I look pretty lame.

Last year I bulked pretty successfully, gained about 15 pounds decent muscle, but when I started to cut I got really sick (ulcerative colitis) and since then have lost most of the muscle, lost all of the bulking fat gain, but the stubborn fat remains!

Now it's in remission, I want to start from scratch but this time I want to lose that stubborn fat once and for all *before* I bulk. My concern however, since some fat is gained during bulking is that the fat will just go right back where I don't want it most. I plan on doing a very slow and clean bulk to minimize fat increases.

The weird thing is, I can eat junk food constantly and barely gain a few pounds, or if I eat healthy constantly, I lean up a bit, but either way the stubborn fat doesn't change much. If I lose it once and for all, will those areas respond like normal fat or will all fat gains go straight to those areas first?

And yes I'm hoping Yohimburn will help (I have to admit I'm skeptical).

Thanks for your help.

try going on a high protein diet low carb diet and do a lot of cardio, its the best and most natural way to burn fat

I was about to suggest Yohimburn. The stuff works really well. I had the same problem, fat bellow naval area. When I was cutting, I used Yohim every night after a hot shower to maximise absorbency.

Also, you probably allready know this, but I was having problems getting my lower abs cut up. I would do sit ups for day upon days, with no luck. Then I started doing leg lifts and butterfly kicks, and dude, my groin is friggin cut up. Anyways, hope that helps. Peace

I have the same problem as you. Lots of stubborn fat deposits!! I am 6'4 205 and look lean with my shirt on, but after that... ahem...

Im trying a keto diet now, because im pretty insulin resistent, and I am lifting heavy to preserve muscle.

If this fails, I plan to add 2 or 3 days of cardio with a strong EC stack.

Out.

stick with the keto, you'll see it come off. Now, however, is a great time to use yohimburn...(on ckd that is)

last year i cut, on a keto, using topical yohimbine, and i got rid of my tit fat and love handles quite nicely, fat i've had since being a kid. not sure if it was the diet or the sup though, as it was my first dedicated, and all out cutting cycle.

if you decide to go the yohimburn route, get the DF.. it is quite superior.

IMO the only reason to get the original is if you are averse to caffiene (which few people are).. btw- topical caffiene has a number of benefits with respect to skin protection/recovery from UV damage..
