hey guys a big problem here, ever since i was clear from the mumps, i have found it really hard to workout. infact in the past week, i have only been to the gym once. i dont know what it is, i just have no "get up and go".. like right now i have nothing to do, so i could be doing sit ups, or something but insted im on E/F ?? when i get home from work im really tired, my car is fucked, im in debt, and .. workouts normally help my deal with shit.. but i just cant be arsed doing anything ?? witch is not like me .. any ideas ???? plz help

. i kinda want to go up and do weights, right now, but im a bit scared i will drop it on myself on the bench. i think it could be recovering from the mumps, then that weekend jumping in the north sea drunk, and getting like 4 hours sleep each night over thurs, fri, sat, sun ... has made my body very weak. not to mention all the booze i was pumping into myself.. you really think im getting old klu ??
