What are microloading plates? I want the chain links but i don't remember what chains they were and Madcow's site is down. I'm about to go so can somebody please tell me if they know off the top of their head?

1lb plate
.5 lb plate
.25 lb plate

... like that as far as I know. Mini plates for microloading.

Standard size Olympic spring collers in the gym = 1lb

my gym is ghetto and uses them, might wanna check that out as an option too.

EDIT: for clarification: Ghetto gym meaning I would think if mine is ghetto most other gyms may have them too.

It's back up, geocities just has an hourly limit so if it overdraws they cap it. It comes right back though, just be patient.

okay thank you everyone, it came back up just in time before I left. I thought it was going to stay down until it was checked or something. I finally have my microloading chains
