Mt GF is going back to school soon and i want to give her a good diet to follow since she always asks me. Thing is i know nothing about cutting, when i cut i just eat mcdonalds twice a day instead of 3 times a day. Also not sure what stuff needs to be higher or lower for women because i know there needs are different then men. I do however want to do something low ish carbs and see how it works for her and add more in if she gets tired to much. She eats alot of carbs right now and i think with her bodytype she stores that energy well and doesnt burn it.
