Hey Mr.X my main goals are to bulk up with lean muscle mass however keep the definition that i already have if not increase right now i am pretty much skinny and am just beging to get back into working out and want the best start possible i am about to read your STICKY at the top of the page right now i just wanted to reply to your questions so you could be more specific thanks alot buddy!!......... do you have a pic i would like to see what you look like since everybody looks up to you hahah
