Two things here, first off concerning not gaining any weight it's one of two things, either your training is inadequate or the gear is bunk!! I think it's the gear.

As for the EQ you need to cycle that at least 16 weeks, so you won't start to see results until the tail end of that. Apart from that I really don't know. Sorry bro, bottom line that situation sucks cause you probably had higher expectations.

What's your definition of a 'strong diet'? If you're losing weight, you're obviously not eating enough. Steroids don't magically cause you to drop pounds.

If you're loosing weight, bunk gear or not, then your diet is off!

BTW! Definetely up the test to 500 wk.Leave the EQ as is.If the gear isn't bunk then after 5 weeks it's severely underdosed.

thanks 4 the responses guys

my diet is strong...i eat about 6 to 7 meals a day of quality food
avergae meal would contain about 70g of carbs and 30 to 40 g of protien

my workout routine is good i lift 5 days a week using the push pull method and im there for about an hour and a half giving it 100% everytime...no excuses

i can trust my source because a friend of mine who gets it for me uses the same stuff and he sees good results and im gettin stronger

i really have no idea what is going on...the only though i had was maybe the EQ was suppressing my natural test to much to the point where the 375mg im shootin every week isnt enough to balance it out...I HAVE NO IDEA...NOT HAPPY

The test you're shooting is definitely enough.

You're delusional if you think your diet is strong but you're losing weight. Sorry man, but unless you're counting calories, it's not a strong diet. There's no way you could lose weight if you're eating enough.

i dont mean to come off like an asshole but explain to me how i was able to gain weight naturally with the diet i have before steroids...then i added more food to my diet when i started my first cycle..this being my first cycle...and now im loosing weight...it doesnt make sence to me

Unless you know exactly how many calories you've eaten every day before your cycle and during your cycle, you can't just say you're eating the same/more. You're pretty much guessing. Lots of interesting studies have shown that people who estimate their caloric intake are always wrong... big time, too.

You have to understand that it's all about calories. There is no way in hell you can lose weight unless you changed your macronutrients big time, reduced your calories, work out much harder, do cardio, etc.

If you were eating 3000 calories a day before, and 3500 calories a day after starting the cycle, everything else remaining the same, you will gain weight regardless of whether you take steroids or not. Steroids might help you burn a tiny bit of fat, but not very much.

Track your food intake at fitday.com You would be surprised how many people think their taking in (whatever number)of calories a day only to find out their WAY off! YOu won't know for sure until you track it.

If you are getting somewhere in the neighborhood of 420 - 490 g of carbs and 210 -280 grams of protein a day and you are not gaining weight something is up. How come nobody ever tracks their fat?! If you are getting that many calories something isnt right here.
Your body works in a simple way calories in and calories out. If you burn more that you take in you lose weight. If you intake what you burn you maintain and if you intake more than you burn you gain.

Where are you in this? The gear aids in protein synthesis...if you taking roughly 1.2 - 1.6 gram of protein per pound of body weight and you are not gain weight...even if you gear was fake you would start to gain weight off of pure calories.

If you want to gain weigh eat more...instead of counting calories just start eating. Look at eating as a job and go to work.

you need to add more food. that is why you are losing weight. food is the key in weight management. if you are still not gaining weight than add more. imo your protein is way to low for on cycle. i would up it to 50g 6-7 meals per day as a start.

From what youre saying I am willing to say that maybe youre dropping bodyfat at the same rate as your putting on muscle and hence no weight gain. YOu say youre gaining strength. Have you been keeping track of your waist measurement, thats an easy way to gauge. You are burning many more calories than you did before going on, and so did you add more cals to you diet?

thanks for all your replies...ill try to up the calories and keep a log on fitday.com

ill let you kno how it works out in a week or so

Double your food intake. I forget where I read it but it goes like this. If you are cycling don't feel bad you had a hamburber. Feel bad you didn't have five.

You gotta eat of you wanna grow. Eating when you are natural is not the same as eating while on. That's why you don't understand.

hey guys i thought i would fill you in...today has been the 6 and half week mark...and since the beginning of this week...i was forcing food in order to make enough cals. Now i am never full i increased my food intake alot...my diet looks like this now

Meal 1 7:15am - 8oz grilled chicken 1 cup brown rice
Meal 2 10:30am at work - whole wheat bagel with cream cheese...i kno its not a great meal but i work at a mall and its all i really got...i dont wanna eat fast food
Meal 3 1:15pm 8oz grilled chicken 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4 4:30pm before i leave for gym 1 bowl of cerial usually cheerios or corn flakes 3 cups cerial 2 cups whole milk
Meal 5 5:00pm on the way to gym still hungry 2 slices of pizza
Meal 6 8:30pm what ever is prepared at home for dinner...i still live with my parents im only 21...im livin the dream
Meal 7 10:00pm 8oz grilled chicken 1 cup brown rice

this diet plan is pretty regular every day...i only have a bout 7 to 8% body fat so i can afford to eat not so clean..in reguards to the bagel with cream cheese or the 2 slices of pizza but other than that i tend to think i eat pretty clean..i want to keep the body fat low.

I also increased the test to 500mg a week from 375mg and kept the EQ the same at 450mg a week....since the diet update and the increase of test i do see myself starting to gain some weight back and i look alot more fuller and blown up all the time...

let me kno what you guys think of my changes...any advise or comments are welcome!
