maybe i've been out of the loop for too long but i've never heard of mamta labs. Anyway to answer your question: Depending on ur current weight and bodyfat, previous cycle history, is there any, will depend on ur dosage. The range will be prolly from 30-50mgs/day. I like taking it in the morning. Should drink a gallon of water each day. The first week or two you will be pissing ur brains out but should suside to a resonable level soon enough. At least 1-2 grams of protein/ lean body mass. Moderate carbs and moderate to low good fats depending on body type, current metabolism, workout regime. I would work up to a two day split where you will work one half the body one day and the other half the other day and back and forth. The poundages wont be as heavy at first but you should be able to add weight as your body gets accustomed to the volume. This will prolly go against what you think you should do like training one bodypart each day, but remember what ur goal is, to cut down drastically. If you think you need heavy poundages than stay fat. If you can get over yourself, do it and you will be more than happy with the results. I find that when u are lifting heavy poundages your body needs that fat to build muscle, while cutting you need to get rid of the fat while retaining ur muscle. You can use those fat reserves as energy if you set ur diet up right, especially on hard split training sessions compared to one bodypart ed. Its alot harder but remember you goal and who cares what everyone else thinks. You might want to try a ketogenic diet. Do a search and learn more, I feel that I'm telling you to much because there are a million archives that you can research what ur asking.
Set up a good pct as well. I'd say start 50mg clomid 1-2 weeks before your cycle is over and continur for 3-4 weeks after end of cycle. I wouldn't be on that winny for more than 8-10 weeks.
