need help on what to start wih on first cycle

The reasoni did not reply on my last thread was bcause i spoke to my source and he can only get sustanon , deca, and dbol no its my first cycle im looking to start i do not know any other sources at all so will you guys please helpme out on what i should do with these 3 diffrent steriods use 1 or stack ? or what and i should lso add i do not like needles and i do not want to be injecting like 3 times a week i would be prefered some how just to inject once a week.

please give meyour advice .

How old are you, how long have you been training for, what is your weight, your %bodyfat and what does your diet look like? If you can answer all these questions, it would assist everyone of us on here to assist you better.
 
21 have been training for 3 year my weight is 180 pund and im 5ft 9 my bf is 10 per cent consume 200g protein and 600 carbs these includin shakes obv so what would you guys recommend i do ? the safest option with these 3? any help be much appreciated

21 sums it up for me.... youve got plenty of test (normally) with a bad ass diet and maybe a change in work out routine , youd prob see some decent results. give it a few more years then cycle. I mean have you done any research at all about the gear you are attempting to take? Many signs point to no. The gear you take along with stacks allign with goals, having an idea of what goals you are after ie mass, strength, both, cutting whatever is pretty important. And by you just saying i dont like needles and only want to stab 1 a week tells me this isnt your game just yet. There are some good orals out there that would be a beter option for you unless you cowboy up and jab. PCT and supporting supps are to me , more important than the gear itself (long term health of organs that unless you are a bilionaire, are near impossible to replace) This is really where you need to do your homework and be prepared to spend $. Normally on a post like this I would give you my opionion on how to use these but bro I dont think its time for you sorry.
 
shakes don't count towards protein in my book. Eat real food.

U sure you want to juice at this point? I mean you are thin with those stats. And you dont have much experience and are just 21.
