I Have Been Off For A Wile Now Do To Back Surgery I Am Getting
Ready A Cycle. I Have Some Fina And Ses.i Am Wondering What Kind Of Movements I Can Do. You Guys Give Any Advice To Limit The Stress On My Lower Back. Such As Maybe Differnt Machines I Can Use Or Movements.

Bro I would suggest some physio and rehab to strengthen your lower back! Dont worry about juice just yet. If your lower back is fucked .... almost ALL your lifts are going to suffer. Your core provides a lot of power and stability.

Not mention you can fuck yourself up and worsen your situation. Physio and core strengthening would be your best bet IMO.

Bump for bigjake, maybe some docs or phsyiotherapists will chime in for you.

well i have been doing pt for about 8 months now. this is my second surgery
i used a cycle after my last one and it made me recover really well.so i want to do the samething this round .the first time after surgery i just really did
alot of cardio. i want start doing some lifting this time around.

Ask yourself if you're really ready to take on serious training once again. Back injuries are no joke. My advice on your question would be to use perfect form (Even if it means starting with lighter weights) and try and do back exercises where your back is supposrted in some way, T-bar rows as compared to bent over rows and Hammer Strength Rows as compared to single-arm dumbell rows.

OR....you can keep bumping the thread until you find some idiot that tells you to jump right into a cycle NOW.....

I agree with the bros here build yourself up before adding anything.
