Ok first of all I'm 6'1" 150 pounds and I bought this suppement:

My goal is to even out my appearence with my height because I'm tall and skinny I look like a walking twig, but I have a few questions.
While taking the protein supplement, is it alright to drink it while eating breakfast, lunch, dinner? or should I drink them like in-between? For example, I don't wake up until around 11:30 AM and I normally don't eat breakfast because I work from 1PM - 11PM so I guess I'll take my first shake, then I'll eat lunch around 5PM should I take the 2nd shake with my lunch? I hardly eat 6+ meals a day which is what skinny people are supposed to do to gain weight and I always watch what I eat, I don't eat fast foods but I tend to eat like Potato Chips and Turkey Sandwich with mayonaise things like that, but the reason why I bought this supplement is so I can get all the nutrients my body needs and I can gain weight without actually eating 6 meals a day. So let me know for any other information that can help me, thanks. My goal is to be 200 pounds and not look like a flabby fat ass
