Im new to the forums here just read about a hour or so to gain as much as i could before asking dumb questions.

NaNO-vapor - I hear it sucks =x from reading
Pro-Nos Protein - haven't seen it on the first 8 pages of this forum so not sure what to think about it.

Some background info on me so you guys can see where im at, im 18 still a senior in HS so its hard to get those 5 meals a day in, work mon-thurs everyday after school also which sucks to try and keep my diet alive.
go to the gym 6 days a week 9-11 with 2 buddies, went from 176-185 in a month roughly. Im gonna try the Amp02 and Lipo hopefully when the site comes back up. i need some advice on what i should switch around on my supplements and what ones i should just toss and what ones i should look to buy.
Info on my diet
I keep it semi healthy
No soda, candy , fast food, junk foods (cakes ect), i don't drink or smoke(been pretty hard to not do that when about a good 80% of your school drinks and smokes) but i don't enjoy doing that anyway, i usually eat a lot of chicken and home cooked meals, lunch meat nothing really bad but some home cooked meals aren't always the best for you either i guess. I eat a lot of Clementine's , apples , bananas. i just drink reg milk , a lot of Gatorade and water.
Hopefully i gave you guys enough enough to help me out, thanks again in advanced
fyi - all i do is take what the supplements tell me to take cause i don't know if it would be healthy to play with it or not.
