Need help on fat burning supplements

Hey everyone!
I'm new to the suppliment scene and need a little help. I'm trying to get into shape for soccer this spring and basketball in the summer. Right now I've started working out everyother day and I'm also jogging on the off-days. I want to lose some fat and was wondering which suppliments are the best. Also, I want to get strong, should I look into creatine? Should I load up on Protien? I'm not a fan of the powder-mixes and would prefer taking the suppliments in capsules.
Here's my specs (might help you give better advice on what I need):
5'11
192 lbs
soft in the stomach area (I want to get ripped!)
Any help would be appreciated.

Good clean diet +short intense cardio sessions+ good lifting program+ Protein powder = weight loss.
 
optimum chocolate..ne one know the differenece in the new 2004ones?

hey i just bought optimum and found that it is less thick when mixed then the old ones i bought..is this true? can taste and thickness change in whey protein?
 
when u buy those barrel size containers your not always getting the best protein. SOme people say that your basically getting the whey thats been swept off the floor and therefore the quality of the whey will not be top notch. Just what i've read.
 
I bought some Lean something from walmart last wk, then bought Xenadrine... They both have the same ingredients and percentages etc. So for $15 I got something that might work. You might wanna give it a try, I am not going to take if for a month, don't want to be a guinie pig :D
