Hey everyone!
I'm new to the suppliment scene and need a little help. I'm trying to get into shape for soccer this spring and basketball in the summer. Right now I've started working out everyother day and I'm also jogging on the off-days. I want to lose some fat and was wondering which suppliments are the best. Also, I want to get strong, should I look into creatine? Should I load up on Protien? I'm not a fan of the powder-mixes and would prefer taking the suppliments in capsules.
Here's my specs (might help you give better advice on what I need):
5'11
192 lbs
soft in the stomach area (I want to get ripped!)
Any help would be appreciated.
