Need help on diet to lose my fat azz

hey guys i am 40 yrs old 6ft tall 280 lbs 25-30% fat, i would like to drop 50lbs .I was always in good shape before when i was younger, used juice in my 20s, and in the last 8 years i let myself go literally, i am a fat ass and need to staet doing something about it, it is ruining my self esteem, i cant fit into the jeans that i once could i started to do aerobics about a month ago and seen a little inprovement of 5lbs but not enough for me i was wonderig if someone could tell me how many calories should i be consuming and the percentage of carbs,protein,and fat , i would appreciated, also on aerobics how long and what would be my target heart rate please help john

Calculate your maintenance calories for the day and eat about 800 less calories coming from good foods. That is a good start.
