Any help woul be greatly appreciated. I purchased these yesterday:

1) EAS Synthevol HP (Low Carb Creatine)
2) Opti Pro MRP (Meal Replacement)
3) Flaxeed Oil
4) Multivatimin

Questions:

-At what times should i take all of these to get the best results?

-Any rules i should follow?

-Any tips while on this creatine?

-Am i missing anything from this combonation to bulk up?

Thanks. I lost 25 pounds in my cutting stage and i need to get some mass now. Thanks for everyones help.

Take the multi vitamin in the morning
MRP for a mid moring snack

EAS Synthevol HP (Low Carb Creatine) 45min before a workout

MRP post workout.

Flaxseed oil only before noon and without any carbs.
